Golden Meadow Below the Peak (번역 보기)

A golden meadow rolls toward a dark forest, and behind the trees, a lone peak rises into a pale sky. / A simple fence line cuts diagonally across the green middle ground, dividing the wild grass in front from the dense woodland beyond. The mountain above is rendered in soft greys and mauves, calm and distant, while the foreground burns with the yellows, oranges and rusts of late-season grass. / Painted in watercolor with broad, fluid washes, this work captures the warmth of open land beneath a quiet mountain — spacious, earthy, and full of air.

Watercolor on Paper, 24 x 20 in. Imported from the artist's own Saatchi Art listing.
